STEP 1 INTRODUCTION |
The teacher uses the shapes song and introduces the topic and explains that circle is round in shape. She tells them that a circle has no edges She shows them objects like coins, tyres etc that are circular in shape |

The teacher shows them the circles in their activity book and asks them to identify them She then asks them to count the number of circles there are
