STEP 1 INTRODUCTION |
The teacher uses try to be an obedient child song to introduce the topic. She explains that a hunter is someone who kills animals in the bush in order to eat or sell them While a farmer is someone who plants crops in order to eat them or sell them |

She then further explains that Cain and Abel were the sons of Adam and Eve. Cain was a farmer while Abel was a hunter

Using the bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of Cain and Abel - They both went to offer sacrifices to God from what they produce - Cain picked used rotten food items to prepare his on sacrifice - Abel used a fattened calf to prepare his own sacrifice - God rejected Cain’s sacrifice and accepted Abel’s - Cain killed his brother out of jealousy

NOTE
Cain and Abel were the children of Adam and Eve. Cain was a farmer. Abel was a hunter. They both offered sacrifices to God. God accepted Abel’s own and rejected Cain’s. Out of jealousy, Cain killed his brother.
