SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

1) Describe the need to live with other people peacefully

2) Discuss ways we can live with different people peacefully

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Posters, Charts, and Pictures of People quarreling.

STEP 1 INTRODUCTION	The teacher uses a story on living peacefully with one another to introduce the topic The teacher explains that living peacefully with others makes one to live happier and healthy	Pupils pay attention and answer questions
STEP 2 EXPLANATION	The teacher further explains to them, ways we can live peacefully with others - be tolerant - Forgive others for their errors - Allow others to express their opinions too	Pupils pay attention and participate
STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION	Using the Poster, Charts, and Pictures of people settling a conflict, she explains how to resolve quarrels	Pupils pay attention and participate
STEP 4 NOTE-TAKING	The Teacher writes a short note on the board for the Pupils to copy.	The Pupils copy the not from the board.
