STEP 1 Introduction of the topic	Teacher introduces the topic with a story on communication	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 Explanation	She explains to the pupils that communication is a way of telling people what you want to tell them. She then tells them this could be done through speeches, phone call, book, newspaper	Pupils pay attention
STEP 3 Demonstration	She uses book, phone, newspaper to show them how they communicate with each other	Pupils pay attention
STEP 4 NOTE TAKING	She writes a short note on the board	The pupils copy the notes in their books

NOTE

Communication is when you tell people what you want to tell them. This can be done through the phone, newspaper, television, radio etc
