The Teacher Introduces Money as the currency that we use to buy goods and services.

She defines Wealth as the abundance of money and material possession.

She explains the uses of Money and Wealth, Dangers of having excess love for money.

NOTE

USES OF MONEY AND WEALTH

  1. To serve God
  2. To pay tithe
  3. To give offering to God
  4. To buy basic need like food, clothes, shelter
  5. To help beggars
  6. To give to charity organizations
  7. To have comfort

DANGERS OF EXCESSIVE LOVE OF MONEY AND WEALTH

  1. It takes away the love of God from our hearts
  2. It brings destruction
  3. It makes us to lie
  4. It makes us violent
  5. It leads to dishonesty

RIGHT ATTITUDE TO MONEY

  1. We should love God who is the giver of wealth instead of loving money
  2. We should be moderate in the manner we look for money
  3. We should separate ourselves from excessive love of money
